BEACHFRONT Shabby Chic Walkout Home XL Deck + Access

We had a girls’ bridal weekend and the location right on the beach was amazing. The property is gorgeous(not shabby at all) and very comfy and the porch overlooking the beach dunes was exquisite. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Parking was easy. Communication sometimes had delayed response times, including when we experienced a plumbing issue upon arrival , but our concerns were eventually fully addressed.

The property is misrepresented on your website. The pictures posted do not represent what exists in the house. Deck furniture shown either doesn't exist or has deteriorated to the point of being useless. The oven temp display doesn't work, the dishwasher only works on one setting & has buttons missing, the kitchen is stocked with unusable peeling teflon skillets (we had to buy a set to use) holes have worn through the lamination on the dining room table & globs of speckling were applied (by a toddler?) but the repair was not successful, the "garage" where we were supposed to be able to park our car was so full of debris & trash as to make it unusable. (discarded sink, light fixtures, rolls of old carpet, boxes of bags, large pieces of wood etc. The property owner told me we were free to move stuff around until we could get the car into it. None of the pictures posted represent what a renter will get when they arrive. In short I will think twice before I use VRBO again. VERY DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED.

We had a fantastic stay! Positive: The proximity to the water and boardwalk was fantastic! The house had every amenity in the kitchen, great family seating area both inside and outside. The bedrooms were large and roomy . Great space and location! Negative: The contract agreement should be a bit more clear about bringing your own bath towels and what size sheets . Thankfully there was a Walmart relatively close. I think an updated binder with local places to visit and eat would be helpful for out of towners 😊

Awesome stay here! The property is beautiful and the host provides everything you need for the beach. If it rains there are TVs and board games that will keep you occupied. Close to restaurants and businesses in OC. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Very roomy and clean. short walk over the dunes to the beach. Very positive experience managing the reservation.
